The Guidelines

The Pinterest Effect’s Top 5 Guidelines

1. Projects will be inspired by pins found on Pinterest.  Some will be a carbon copy, some will simply be inspired by an idea, photograph or words.

2. In the Pinterest spirit, I will always give credit where credit is due.  I will credit and link back to the original website if it is provided and credit the pinner linking to my original pin.  (Click on the photo of the original Pin in each post to link to my Pinterest Board).

3.  I will be sure that my projects are diverse.  They will not just be crafty-stay-at-home-mom-sensory-table ideas or just kids projects or freezer meals.  I will cook recipes, apply decorating ideas, do kids crafts, grown up crafts, hairstyles, tell stories inspired by quotes,  and who knows what else the year will bring.  I plan on trying to incorporate very trendy Pinterest themes (can anyone say Chevron or Ombre? Two things I didn’t know about until Pinterest came along) as well as rare finds.

4. The year will start July 1, 2012 and go through July 1, 2013.

5. I will complete 100 ‘projects.’
